Steps:1. Push the Baihui upward, relax the whole body; 2. Shift the weight to the right leg, loosen hip joints and bend the knees, lift the left leg and step up to the left side, wave two palms backward in a up curve; 3. Shift the weight to the left leg and drag the right foot to the left foot, at the same time wave the two palms to the left in a down curve; 4. Repeat and continue with steps 2 and 3; 5. We can exercise this forward steps in the other direction.

Steps:1. Keep the ready pose, with left bow stance, push the left palm forward, press the right palm down by the side of the body; 2. Wave the right palm to the side of the head, in a down backward circle, turn the right toes inward; 3. Shift the weight to the right leg, drag the left foot to the right foot in a inward curve; 4. Keep the weight on the right leg, step the left foot backward to the left back corner with the left toes touching the ground; 5. Shift the weight to the left, turn the right toes inward, at the same time push the right palm forward and brush the left palm downward to the side of the body; 6. Continue the backward steps exercise by repeating the step 2, 3, 4, 5, just in the opposite side.
Requirements: Relax hip joints and the whole body, push the Baihui upward, use the waist to lead the movement in well coordination.
