In this course, you can learn and master the warm up, spiral rotation exercise and the all movements of Compact Routine 6 Forms.

Sometimes there is not enough room to exercise the longer routines. The compact routines are the one way to solve this problem. This routine is designed for exercise in areas as small as 4 feet by 4 feet. There are 3 levels of the compact routines. The primary level Compact 6 Forms has soft movements that are chosen for their multiple appearances in the traditional long routine, Old Form 1 (74 movements).
